We are able to perform BOTH the surgical AND restorative phases of the implant process
Full mouth implants can be an option to replace dentures and all the missing teeth. This option uses a permanent fixed bridge and is NOT removable. If you have many teeth that are decayed, broken or need to be extracted of if you are currently wearing dentures, full mouth implants may be an option to provide a stable non-movable teeth.
Phases of Full Mouth Implants

Phase 1: Thorough Evaluation & Personalized Treatment Planning
Your journey begins with a detailed consultation, clinical exam, and advanced imaging—typically CBCT scans combined with intraoral scans and photographs. This allows precise digital planning: determining how many implants are needed, their exact positions, and whether extractions, bone grafting, or soft-tissue augmentation are necessary. A digital surgical guide and provisional prosthesis may be designed in advance.

Phase 2: Preparatory Procedures & Surgical Implant Placement
Any remaining teeth are extracted, and bone or soft tissue grafts may be performed to ensure a healthy foundation. Under local anesthesia, implants are placed according to the plan—commonly four or more per arch, often angled to maximize support. A provisional (temporary) prosthesis is typically attached the same day so you don’t go without teeth

Phase 3: Healing & Osseointegration with Immediate Function
Over the subsequent few months, the implants undergo osseointegration—fusing securely with the jawbone, forming a strong, permanent base. Your temporary prosthesis allows chewing, speaking, and esthetics while healing continues. Regular check‑ups ensure optimal integration and soft-tissue health.

Phase 4: Final Prosthesis Attachment
Once osseointegration is successful, multi-unit abutments or custom connectors are placed on the implants to support the final restoration. Precise impressions or digital scans are taken for fabrication of your permanent prosthesis—whether it’s a fixed hybrid bridge or full-arch crowns. The final prosthesis is securely attached (often screw-retained), delivering a stable, lifelike smile that restores full mouth function.
Why Choose Full Mouth Implants?
High Predictability: Well‑planned full‑arch protocols show excellent survival rates comparable to single‑tooth implants when properly executed.
Bone Preservation & Facial Support: Implants help maintain jawbone volume and facial structure, avoiding the bone loss associated with dentures.
Improved Functionality: You gain strong, fixed support for chewing a wide range of foods, speaking clearly, and smiling confidently.
