We are able to perform BOTH the surgical AND restorative phases of the implant process
Multiple teeth implants replace the sites for multiple sites. If you are wearing a partial or have multiple missing teeth, multiple teeth implants is an option for you. This technique uses individual implants to replace several teeth. This option is fixed an non-removable. This technique is a wonderful option if you have several missing teeth and you are looking for a fixed option.
Phases of Multiple Teeth Implant Crowns

Phase 1: Evaluation and Planning
The process begins with a detailed clinical and radiographic evaluation using 3D imaging (CBCT) or X-rays. We assess the quantity and quality of bone, spacing between teeth, bite alignment, and gum health. From there, we develop a personalized treatment plan, determining the number and ideal placement of implants, whether each missing tooth needs its own implant, or if fewer implants can support a bridge.
If bone volume is insufficient, bone grafting may be recommended before implant placement.

Phase 2: Surgical Implant Placement
Using precise digital planning, the implants are strategically placed into the jawbone under local anesthesia. Whether two or more implants are placed in the same session depends on your specific treatment plan. Temporary restorations may be provided during healing to maintain appearance and function.
Advanced techniques allow us to minimize trauma and optimize long-term success, even in complex cases.

Phase 3: Healing and Integration
Over the next few months, your bone naturally fuses to the implants in a process called osseointegration. This step is critical for long-term strength and stability. During this time, you’ll return for check-ins so we can monitor healing. If a temporary bridge or prosthesis was placed, we’ll ensure it continues to fit comfortably.

Phase 4: Final Restoration
Once healing is complete, abutments (connector posts) are attached to the implants. We take impressions or digital scans to design your custom crowns or implant-supported bridge. The final restoration is securely attached to the abutments—blending seamlessly with your natural teeth and fully restoring function.
Why Choose Multiple Implants?
Fixed and non-removable — no slipping, clicking, or soaking like dentures
Stronger chewing power than traditional bridges or removable prosthetics
Bone preservation — prevents bone loss in areas of missing teeth
Aesthetics — custom restorations that match your natural teeth
With proper care and hygiene, your implants can last decades—often for life.
