We are able to perform BOTH the surgical AND restorative phases of the implant process
Single tooth implants is an option to replace the site for a missing or extracted tooth. It is a long-term permanent solution to missing teeth and can help you gain back esthetics and function.
Phases of A Single Tooth Implant Crown

Phase 1: Initial Evaluation & Planning
We begin by thoroughly evaluating the implant site—using X‑rays or a CBCT scan—to confirm there’s sufficient bone volume, width, and vertical height, as well as proper spacing for the restoration. This critical step ensures precise placement and long‑term stability

Phase 2: Implant Placement (Surgical Phase)
Under local anesthesia Dr. Safaei makes a small incision to expose the jawbone and then progressively prepares the site for the insertion of a titanium implant, which acts as a replacement root. The implant is positioned securely, and the tissue is closed around or over it for healing.

Phase 3: Healing & Osseointegration
Over the next several months, your jawbone gradually grows around and binds to the implant in a process called osseointegration. This fusion is essential for strength and durability. While this occurs, you may receive a temporary denture or healing cap for appearance and comfort.

Phase 4: Abutment and Custom Crown Fabrication
Once the implant is fully integrated, the healing cap is removed in order to attach the specific scanning device—a connector piece that allows a scan to orient implant for design. Digital scans are taken using a precise method to design a custom crown that matches your natural teeth in color, shape, and bite alignment. Once fabricated, the crown is securely attached to the abutment, completing your restored tooth with a seamless look and full chewing functionality.

Phase 5: Final Placement
The crown/abutment is placed on the implant to ensure your bite and and all aspects are correct!
Why This Process Matters
Precision planning reduces risk and ensures proper alignment and spacing.
Staged healing supports optimal integration and long-term success.
Custom restoration delivers aesthetic and functional results that blend with surrounding teeth.
Many patients experience resumed daily activity within days, while osseointegration may take a few months depending on bone quality.
